Where can I park?
Parking spaces are available at the basement area of the hotel. For this event, the hotel will issue car passes with a flat rate of Php 100.00 per car per day or Php 50.00 per car for half a day. Guests must have their parking tickets countersigned by the Banquet Captain in-charge, otherwise prevailing parking rates shall apply.
If Acacia Hotel's parking slots are full, there are adjacent parking lots such as behind the hotel, across at Westgate and at Commercenter.
May I bring my child/children/friend/sibling?
Sorry! Our budget only allows us to invite Cora's friends.
What time will the event really start?
We are requesting all guests to be at the Guajes function room at 5:30pm so you can sign the guestbook and settle down, and we'll all be there to greet Cora a HAPPY BIRTHDAY! once she walks through the doors at 6pm. We will end at exactly 10pm.
Can I bring wine or other spirits?
We only have a number of bottle of wines that can be brought in without any corkage fees so please contact us so we can make room.
Other types of spirits are not allowed.
What should I wear?
We recommend dressing up comfortably, and it can get chilly so best to bring a wrap, jacket or cardigan. We hope the guests will dance with us so also bring your bright smile and put on your comfortable dancing shoes! Please refrain from wearing shorts/sandos/slippers.
GIFTS
Your time and presence are enough, but a donation to a charity of your choice in Cora's name would be the best additional gift you could give.
